Papaya Yogurt Bowl

As mentioned in an earlier post, papaya is an awesome fruit to add to your diet. It’s loaded with fiber, vitamins, and is known for many anti-cancerous properties and digestive enzymes for a happy belly.

Start your day with this no-cook breakfast treat. It even makes for an amazing dessert.

Ingredients

½ papaya
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup nuts, chopped

Steps:

  1. Wash, slice, and de-seed a papaya (NOTE: be sure to save the seeds to make this easy, salad dressing).
  2. Scoop ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt into one half of the papaya.
  3. Top with chopped nuts.

Serves 1
