
You DO know that Springer and myself are human right? People often wonder if “experts” ever need support within their own field. Do doctors need doctors? Or lawyers need lawyers? Or teachers need teachers?
Absolutely.
Springer and myself are in the field of nutrition, wellness, and food blogging, but YOU BETTER BELIEVE that we need support too. Running a business, raising families, (and did I say running a business), requires lots of our time. However, after years of juggling a handful of live’s curveballs, we do realize that EATING NOURISHING FOODS will properly energize us to keep up with all of necessities. So…WE are doing the 21-Day Eat Real Challenge with YOU – starting this Monday, April 16th!

If you are like the rest of us, you probably have a little voice inside of you that urges to feel PHENOMENAL, healthy, full of energy, lighter, brighter, and stronger. To make that happen, you must dedicate some time to figure out what that means and how you are going to get there. For Springer and myself, eating whole, real foods is never really a problem. Where we get off-track can be around the areas of food prep, mindful eating, and getting creative with our weekly breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas. We’re ready for some change.
So that’s where we are going to start. In 21 days, we know that we do NOT want to be in the same place we are today.
